Very good breakfast and service

Good location half way between the train station and the old city.

Well located to Petite France and inner city even to walk. Hotel was clean - staff were very pleasant and helpful - bfast was ok but need to do something better with boiling eggs at bfast😡 Rooms were small so were the beds. Nil wardrobe just a few shelves for two people meant living out of suitcase for three days.

Hotel room is really puny so we had to shift things around to put one big luggage and one small luggage. Shower screen didn't really keep the water in, so the floor was always wet - something I didn't appreciate during winter. The bed was really a thin mattress laid on a bed frame but was still comfortable with the thick duvet. Staff was great though, always greeting with a smile and helpful with all requests - nail clipper and late check out

Very small room and bathroom but it's OK 8for sightseeing when you need just a place to sleep. Excellent breakfast with a lot of sweet, savoury or healthy options. Friendly and kind staff. Great location between two tram stations.

Very good, well situated, quiet right next to the river for a nice walk. Food at breakfast very good, staff kept a constant flow no matter how busy. Had 3 evening meals good but could have been hotter. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recommend.

Both of us are Disabled and the room was perfect for our needs ie too in shower and a Disabled parking bay for our car. Staff were very helpful. Well done.

convenient location, everything functional, good value for money

The staff is so kind and helpful! Two things that took us three days to discover that would be helpful to others: 1) You can get coffee & croissant at the bar instead of full breakfast quickly and inexpensively. 2) The hotel is on the edge of Petite France and we walked close to 10 miles a day getting to the middle of town. We then discovered the tram station is across the street and very easy to use. We highly recommend this hotel!
