No room service unless you stay for 4 days. Always an excuse - COVID-19! There are ways to ensure health and safety without compromising cleanliness and service!

Upon arriving at the hotel, where I have stayed before, I was told $10 was being added to the bill each night for parking. I never paid for parking before. I objected and I’m going to take it up with hotels.com. Then I was asked to sign a Covid waiver. Now I was upset!!! I told them no because my lawyer was not able to review and I wasn’t signing anything. I felt nickel and dimed and then felt they tried to hoodwink me into signing a legal document that protected them but gave me absolutely no benefits. I am truly angry at being treated this way. I know their business is hurting in the pandemic but I’m giving them business when they need it most. Why try to pull these fast ones on the only guests you have????

the hotel room WAS SMELL LIKE STINKY FEET. THE BEDROOM ARE SMALL. MOST HORRIBLE THINGS ARE OUT SIDE THE HOTEL ARE DOING MAJOT CONSTRUCTION ALL NIGHT LONG , THE NOISE AND THE BRIGH LIGHT. WHEN I CHECKING THE FRONT DECK AGENT DO NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT. OR WOULD HELP TO LET ME KNOW. .

I bought two rooms through hotels.com but the hotel only had one room on the reservation. They made me pay for the second room, so I paid twice for one of the rooms

Location was great, for access to restaurant and shopping

This place is quite, clean and with comfortable amenities. The only thing I didn’t like is that the room was super clean. I found the bathroom floors dirty and I also found a cabinet drawer with orange soda rings in it. I brought my Lysol and my Clorox wipes to make sure what we touched was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great sleep! Comfortable beds excellent service at front desk day and night shifts!

It was a good experience, very quiet atmosphere. The staff was friendly. Easy check in and out process. It was just alittle disappointing that the COVID had the pool and gym closed. Hopefully next time they will be opened.

Love the Westin’s, consistent, clean, comfortable. Cozy beds, clean bathrooms, clean linens. We didn’t have our dogs with us this trip, but love that dogs are welcome. Only issue we had was the air conditioner in the room- it was blowing cool air but fan didn’t blow hard enough and would cycle on and off loudly waking us up. Fan could not be set to stay on or blow harder. Noise and being too hot kept us awake.

The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. Convenient location, only 5-10 minutes drive from Brandeis and downtown Waltham. I stayed a week, and the room was comfortable.
