very spacious and comfortable. great staff. not very close to anything. some tenants were real noisy. i will stay there again!

I called hotel asked for early check in he said 230 is the earlist he could check me in. So i arrived at 230 he tells me i cant check in till 3. Ok no problem until the next guy walks up to desk and he gives him room.... it says breakfast served at 7 so i go down he tells me not till 8 on weekdays so i walk to elveader then i see the giirl that was behind me have 2 breakfastest bags in her hands

Dirty, dirty, dirty. No Wifi , they "tried" to fix it but did not for 2 nights. No responsibility at all.

Hotel nice. but the deposit fee amout is ridiculous

I wonder how the hotel is rated 3 stars. It 's a little run down and furniture is old

Giant red stain in carpet. Room smelled like mildew. Furniture was uncomfortable.

I loved the the size of the suite. It was super roomy and liked the balcony. It was all great with the exception of the TV in the livingroom. The remote control didn't work at times in the living room. Aside from that, i would recommend visitors to stay at the hotel.

What happened to this Hotel? It used to be a wonderful place to stay. I've stayed here multiple times in the past. On Nov 11, 2020, my family and I stayed here. I checked in early but came with family around 8 pm. We noticed the carpet had stains everywhere. The ventilation in the bathroom did not work. The worst part was the heater NOT working. We went to bed with the temp. set at 71. It didn't work so we were very cold that night. We informed the front desk how disappointed we were as guest. We don't expect to ever stay here again.

There was a leak in our room from the shower, which we informed the front desk about before leaving for the day. It must have been more than the little leak we noted, because when we returned that night, there were soaked towels EVERYWHERE! The office immediately moved us to a larger, nicer room. Our biggest complaint was the internet. It never worked in our rooms. It began working about 3 rooms down from ours. The front desk was informed and did put effort into trying to fix it, but it was obviously something beyond their ability. And, thanks to Covid, breakfast was very uninspiring. Brown bag with water, apple, granola bar and a small muffin.
