The Staff was grate and they were very Helpful. The room and the service of the staff was amazing. The place needs repairs, more flowers and grass. A lil bit of a help with the house keeping would be nice. 10 stars for being friendly. The place needs more lights because that's king of creepy. I will ad a sink for the bathroom, washing my theeth where I do the dishes It's kind odd, one for the bathroom would be nice. Thank you!

At first when I got there they did not have elevator I had to go to the fourth floor no Wi-Fi Did not clean the room when I stay there When you call the lobby they don’t respond And they had a new system to open your door with your phone the first day at work in the second day it did not work and I have to go again to the office to reactive my phone with no elevator

Our first room was never supposed to be booked so that was really awkward when we had no light bulbs, no cold water, no remote, no tv plugged in, etc. but we got moved fairly quickly to another room much better. It was clean and well lit however the bed was so uncomfortable. I had such a hard time sleeping. We won't be returning despite the location and price.

Definitely not as listed parking lot needs to be paved like immediately, tennis court is a joke so over grow yoi cant even open the gate,every floors walkways are cracked and chipped i mean jesus

It was a very nice hotel , nothing to extra nothing to nasty looking. Just right and quite; the only problem i had was the elevator smelt like pee my last night and the next day it still smelt that way. Also I thought it was weird for them to lock the pool at 8pm and then open it at 9am. Overall the room was nice and simple, I’d definitely go back if i want a nice simple stay.

It was okay very comfy the only thing was that the pool was dirty, but we only had very little time to use it so we really weren’t expecting it to be open.

It was a quite getaway for the two of us. I will be returning in the near future

My husband and I stayed here on our anniversary trip. The price was extremely reasonable, the room appearance was nice and updated with matching furniture, we had a full size fridge and microwave which helped with nothing having to go out for food and drinks the whole time we were there, the AC kept the room nice and cool in the Florida heat, there wan an Alexsa in our room we were able to use, everyone at the front dest was extremely nice and accommodating, and the pool area was low key and nice. A few things I didnt like was that the booking shows there is continental breakfast but they had it close due to the pandemic but we weren't told until check in also the beds are extremely firm. A few things that need an upgrade would be the bathrooms and the appearance of the property. The bathroom is extremely tiny and very much could use an update as well as the outside property (more landscaping and new building colors). We did travel in June so employees were just returning back to work after the pandemic and the front desk did tell us they were working to update the property before the pandemic so we completely understand. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Clean hotel and helpful staff, the front desk agent was super Friendly and helpful both on check in and the one on check out. will stay again .
