Residence Inn by Marriott Durango

The location was very convenient. The room was very comfortable. With the pandemic it would be helpful to have very clear comminication about breakfast - what is available...grab and go can mean many different things.

Hotel was nice and recently updated. Room setup was good. Due to a pet allergy, I requested a room without pets despite them accommodating them. The front desk staff found us a lovely room that hadn’t had a pet in it for over two months. Slept well. Due to Covid, their policy is not to change the linens or garbage if you’re stay is less than or equal to three days. Not a fan of that as our room still had tiny garbage cans that filled up fast. Please put bigger garbage cans in rooms that aren’t going to be serviced. We collected our own garbage and went to the front desk for more towels daily.

Very nice staff; quiet hotel and perfect location -- very close to freeways and gaslight area. Oh, and they accept dogs with your reservation! Will definitely return!

They did a great job with serving real bacon & eggs & waffles during COVID19 restrictions. Really nice stay.

Short walk to the river and downtown. Highly recommend 11th Street Station and playing in the river. Like a few new hotels, it's on the main road out of town, so there's some traffic screaming by as you walk on the sidewalk. We had a loverly room with a large workspace
