Sheraton Park City

shuttle is a huge plus

I’ll start with positives - hotel itself was nice, great location (close to mountains and in town), parking was easy, and the restaurant in the hotel was delicious. Negatives - being in a global pandemic, I did not feel precautions were taken seriously. Many guests were not wearing masks inside, despite there being signs everywhere saying “masks required” and staff were not enforcing. Even worse, not all staff had on masks always, I saw maids without masks cleaning the rooms, a front desk worker with her masks constantly pulled down while talking, etc. it’s a simple step to take when our country is in a crisis so to not have everyone wear masks is disappointing.

Stay was good

The property was very clean, well kept, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The housekeeping team does a great job in cleaning the room. The front desk team, specifically Teeny just blew me away. Her hospitality is genuine, she was very polite, warm, and she anticipated our needs during our stay. We will definitely come back to stay at this property whenever we visit Park City.

I like the Sheraton Hotel, very clean and has a very nice view around I could see the mountains and the Park City is nice and clean area

It's a well done hotel with great rooms and the lobby is really inviting and welcoming. It's close to everything, but a bit "off the beaten path" so it was nice and quiet with things still close by. I'd stay here again if in town. However, they didn't have my reservation (that I made via Orbitz) upon arrival so I had to wait a few hours for the manager to arrive to process the booking. That was unfortunate, but once processed in their system we were good.

Love the location, friendly staff, clean rooms.

When we arrived I was told there would be a destination fee of $20 per room per night. I had 3 rooms so this equaled to be an extra $60 I was not prepared to pay. This destination fee included 2 waters in each room. Only one of the rooms had the 2 waters. My daughters room had bugs in it. Also another surprise was that my rate didn't include complimentary breakfast. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. What was supposed to be a fun family weekend turned into a miserable one.

Close to some great restaurants and only a few minutes from Main St. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great!! It was dog friendly which was so great. It was also nice because it was close to everything that we did. I would stay here again when we go to Park City
