Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Northfield, MN

The stay was fine. There were COVID precautions in place, and we didn’t see many guests during our stay. The pool area and our room floor weren’t cleaned well. There were at least two pieces of trash on the floor by the beds, and also towels and several pieces of trash by the pool.

With no real breakfast it would not hurt to lower the price a little, otherwise very pleased.

Staff was friendly. (I was a bit worried about them having to serve visitors with not much protection.) Clean, clean, clean :) No hot breakfast :( Highway noise :(

It was great hotel. Very kind service and I loved the fireplace it back. Didn’t get my money back from holding the room though.

Understandably with Covid the take and go breakfast was the way to go. But coffee would have been nice. Ran thru the ones in the room quickly, then went to Caribou.

They had super nice beds before their remodel, now the beds are really hard and uncomfortable.

The service and staff were very nice, the rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly

It was clean. Good variety for breakfast. Rooms uncomfortably small. Two people can’t even walk between the bed & furniture. No place to put suitcase. Hardly could get luggage cart into room. Bathroom very small.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It seems recently updated and clean, at least the room we had. Our only complaint was that the heating unit was quite noisy and made it hard to sleep.

Everyone there was friendly, out to please and couldn't have been more helpful even though it was a super busy weekend because of the schools there.
