Quiet and comfy

The whole visit was amazing minus last night no hot water but the manager didn’t mind accommodating us with a discount

Unfortunately the, front desk was not happy having foor delivered to the hotel and had the delivery driver leave the food at the front desk. Trying to pick up my food, the woman at the desk acted as if I was interupting her on her phone. Paid no attention to the delivery man for whos food it was and continued calling me by the wrong name even when corrected twice. Anyone could have picked it up. Seperate issue is the lack of communication between their staff. The entire 4th floor stunk so bad, we had to keep the door open as everything smelled of skunk/marijuana so bad it was making us sick. We recieved a 14% inconvenience charge. Drunks in and out all night slamming doors and screaming in the halls. Overall, not very excited with this hotel supposedly being held to a higher standard. Masks were otional thruought the hotel including the lobby lounge area next to the front desk.

My husband and I stayed here for a getaway on weekend. The room was clean, service was friendly, and good quality overall.

No microwave in the room, but there was at the ice machine. The elevators were annoying that you had to use your key card to go up or down and the digital key wouldn’t work on them. Even getting the regular room keys to register was difficult. Worst was checking out when my wife left the key cards in the room and then couldn’t get the elevator to work.

Stay was decent. Room was alittle on the small side. We kept having problems with the barn door thats on the bathroom. It would get stuck often. A couple of times the door would fall off the track. The beds were really comfy. There are two Options for parking #1 Valet for $6 a day or #2 you park yourself across the street in a parking garage. Location of the hotel is right in the middle of the action.

It was a personal “me” day. The room was everything and more! My favorite part was the ocean view. I will definitely be staying again.
