The room was very clean. The hotel is close to restaurants and after driving all day it is nice to have a ground floor room.

Very nice place and not too far from the hwy. Lots of dining options and shops close by.

Location easy to find, plenty of parking, property felt secure. Beds were firm, pillows comfortable, sheets clean. Bathroom clean and all parts functioning, with plenty of clean towels. Best part of my stay was the gentleman working the desk for the night of Sunday September 6 - absolutely stellar customer service! Wish I'd thought to ask his name but he was friendly, so helpful, and when the first room had an off smell he was at the door almost instantly with new room keys. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! The bagged breakfast (due to Covid) was also a nice gesture, included an individually wrapped muffin, fruit cup, and orange juice.

I was a little disappointed that they could not offer a ground level room when the facility did not appear to be full. Also the front Entry Way had been damaged and the Front Desk didn't mention anything about the breakfast situation due to Covid19

Generally, COVID precautions were taken properly and the hotel looked and seemed clean. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain properly, however, and could use some maintenance. Additionally, we felt the modified breakfast was very lacklustre.

Very clean, good parking, staff good at check in, they let me use the toaster as we travel with our own food

Requested a pet friendly room but was not given. Then pet friendly room provided had not been cleaned. Next room given smelled very heavily of disinfectant to cover the smell of smoke and pets. Wiped tv remote and it was very dirty.

Excellent property and product rooms are very spacious.

Nice quiet place. Liked that there was a fridge with a little freezer and a microwave. The bathroom lighting wasn't very bright but the room wàs clean and windows opened.

Friendly staff. Good location for drivers passing through
