Comfort Inn Sudbury

Making the reservation was easy. All was ready when we arrived at the hotel and they were dealing with the COVID restrictions in a clever and welcoming manner. The room was just fine - quiet and very comfortable. This hotel was dealing very well with a very difficult time for the travel industry.

This property is very close to the medical clinic for appointments. I found the room musty but not enough to report it.

It was fine. Its hard with covid to provide amenities.

You could hear people next door so the soundproofing could be better, but over all fine.

Told to park around back and use the closest door. Upon turning the corner there was a rather unsavory character just hanging around. He was there every time we entered and left the area. When entering the hotel from that back entrance, the hall and stairway appeared dirty, the floor spotted and debris on the stairs. Not a great first impression of the cleanliness of the establishment.

The first room reeked of cig smoke. The second room wasn't made up properly. The last room was ok although the bed rolled us both to the middle. The halls were banged up, dark and smelt "well used". The stairs had something all over the steps, the door gross. The front desk lady was very polite and apologetic but.....save your money and stay somewhere else.

Perfect Location ,not queen's size bed as i booked. Should mentioned not serving hot and cold breakfast instead just a brown beg of garbage therefore checkout next day.

The room/inn was clean...that's important to me. Staff helpful especially the girl from housekeeping, as we had our children with us...enjoyed the stay with my family

Not a bad place to stay, but we thought it was overpriced. We arrived at 10 pm and we’re told the price was $160; I showed the price on Expedia and the wouldn’t match ,so I had to book it with Expedia to get the better price. Breakfast was a brown bag left at our door during the night which we just left. Room was clean and not bad.
