Great value - close to shopping, clean and fair value

I was charged 50.00 deposit fee. Someone went through my vehicle in broad daylight and took my grandson’s visa gift card of 250 and all the change. I went to the front desk to see if they had a camera at the back. I wanted ground floor room, front desk mentioned no rooms left on ground floor, reason why I had to park at the back, closest to the room from using the stairs. No one was at the front desk to help me upon checking out. I had stayed in this hotel before several times and somehow I didn’t the welcome when I checked in either. I mentioned that to my grandson, he suggested we should go find another room. It’s okay I told him, we’re only staying for a night. Hotel was not fully booked, plenty of parking spaces left with the ground floor rooms.

I don’t get not cleaning our room because of COVID 😡 and you should warn guests and give a reduced price! No cleaning and no breakfast = pay less!

Attendant at check-in did not volunteer any information about the reduced services offered at the hotel on account of Covid-19. These reduced services included: bagged breakfast (less provided than a continental breakfast) instead of a full breakfast, rooms would only be cleaned if requested. The lead attendant during day shift explained these changes at the hotel and was much more of service.
