Comfort Inn

Everything was great, we understood that our rooms could not be cleaned throughout our stay due to Covid-19 but after three days the garbage started to pile up Our room was also a little dirty to begin

Room was basic, buffet breakfast was suppose to be included, ended up being a brown paper bag breakfast.

During covid times Wifi weak no breakfast worth having(do to covid). Had to fix shower faucet myself the deserter for the shower spout fell out from the water pressure. Staff was very nice !!

Check in was great and friendly. The hotel is pet friendly, we were told all the rooms were pet friendly. We went for supper and left our little poodle in the room, we were gone for an hour an half and back in our room by 9, front desk called my cell saying they received complaints about our dog barking, if you are annoyed about a dog barking , don’t go to a pet friendly hotel. My wife had a lot of bites on her legs, I had a few, there was an awful lot of little black flies in the room, especially the washroom. We killed at least 25-30. There was also an odour, probably from the carpet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall, it was an overnight stay and on sale. Just a place to lay our head for the night. It did the trick. As an extended stay, I may have asked to change rooms. There was a smell of stale smoke and the tub faucet dripped, Had a bit of a noisy neighbour across the hall, but we ran the bathroom fan for white noise to drown out the tap dripping, so this also helped with the neighbour.

Great comfy bed and clean bathroom. Was booked for 2 days but only stayed one. Had a few issues that needed attention and were not dealt with properly. The lady who checked me in was rude, disrespectful. The young gentleman who checked me out was great and very apologetic that my stay wasn’t the greatest. But I think it’s all in the company we travel.

Hotel was good except we found a dead June bug under the bed their was dirt under the sink and the carpet was wet from the a/c, and they desperately need to change their patio doors. They’re extremely hard to open .

With the world worrying about covid19, you wouldn't think that a room would be so dirty as to find food on the floor and table tops not washed. Glad I brought stuff to sanitize Everything! Never again unComfortable Inn!

Awesome stay the service was amazing and breakfast was delicious

I have stayed here before and it was ok. This time I was quite unhappy with my visit. I noticed a fair amount of dust on the tv stand, but didn't get too bothered about ir. Then I noticed the giant stain on the comforter, and then I flipped back the sheets and there was a dirty napkin or cloth in the bed. The front desk moved me to another room which was better and took $10 off my bill. It still left me questioning the cleanliness of the overall property though. Not likely to book another stay there again, thiugh I am in the city monthly.
