Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Bragg/Cross Creek Mall

No frills but very clean and staff very nice. Free breakfast was well done with Covid restrictions and the coffee was delicious!

Roach infested and sites of mildew and corrosion. Still waiting on a refund.

The location was great but the room was fair the walls so thin you could her everything next door

Worst hotel i ever booked that belonged to Wyndham, roaches in my room and the manager refused to give me a refund , i didn’t even stay at the hotel.

Steps felt dangerous(like falling in when you walked on them, also, they are uneven stairs) The room was very dirty. The photos were very deceiving on the webpage. I was put in a smoking room. Myself, my spouse, and my three children were very congested from being in the room. I feel like this is a place that just remakes the bed in the morning. You might want to skip this place.

Bathroom constantly smelt like someone use it bathtub was black and slippery almost slipped out and hit my head on the wall first night fridge froze everything calking in bathroom solid black bathroom had pee at the bottom of the toilet front desk told me regaurdless if I wanted service they wanted to change my bedding and let them in fighting in the hall way drug deals randomly around the hotel random people kept offering my drugs and alcohol and someone came through and tried to pay me for sexual favors not cool cops showed up my first night staff never said anything at all and never asked if I needed anything always had bad looks on their faces and look mad to even be there maids left card in the hallway by my door almost ran into it walking out of my room when they left everything was left in the hallway rates were ok but I feel I paid too much for what I got

Great stay

I don’t need much when I stay at hotels. But this room was completely unacceptable it is not even close to a two star hotel. I would’ve rather stayed at a side of the road motel to which I know what I would’ve been getting. To use the word suites In association with this hotel Is completely unacceptable. I took pictures of the disgustingness that was in our room. When they say you cannot polish a turd. This is exactly what they’re talking about.

Very dirty and out dated. Lamps were rusted. Furniture had chips in it. Sinks were falling apart. Burn holes in the comforter. Bottom of bed was ripped. Fire alarm was hanging off. Walk ways were dirty.

I didn't personally stay here. I booked it for my brother, walked him in, and left. Maybe I am more high maintenance than most, but when the brand "Wyndham" is on the hotel...I do expect more than what I walked into. The whole exterior experience was little to be desired, but I booked it last minute and there was no cancelation without paying for it. The caulking around the tub was not done by a professional, and the hotel appears to not have been updated for 15 years. I was very disappointed and will never book this hotel again.
