Clarion Inn Willow River

Clean, spacious, quiet (even with volleyball teams staying) convenient room location and parking!

We enjoyed the stay and the rooms at the Clarion Inn. The room was clean and updated, the beds were comfortable and the maid who cleaned our room even left us a note to have a great day. The only thing we wish we would have had different was a continental breakfast. I realize that Covid has caused much of the normal to be abnormal but substituting a package of juice, honeybun,fruit cup and granola bar was not sustainable. We traveled 6 hours for a Volleyball Tournament at the Sevierville Convention center. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel over another is because of the hot breakfast. Sadly, the options around town at 7am on Saturday morning were pathetic. We traveled to McDonalds for a breakfast sandwich and the McDonalds was leveled to the ground. We went past Starbucks and it was closed. My daughter played from 8-2pm with nothing to eat : (. I do know that other hotels in the area still serve their hot breakfast, as other team members stayed at another hotel and had a great breakfast. I would recommend that if you can't financially make it to serve a continental breakfast you should not advertise it as such.

We had the most amazing time at the Clarion. We stayed in a king suite, and LOVED the jacuzzi bath tub. would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Upon arriving the property is beautiful and very inviting. Our check in was fine and the lobby decorated perfectly for Christmas. Upon entering the room you can not find the light where it would normally be, so I hit my knee on the coffee table wandering around in the dark. The light is around a corner in the kitchen part, that makes no sense. The outlets by the bed do not work and all your plug ins fall right out. The fireplace was nice but is only on a timer and doesn’t stay on long at a time and the last time wouldn’t even come on till like a few minutes later after timer was turned. You have to keep getting up to turn the timer on. Watch out for the extra tv and table it sits on as you come out the bathroom at night because that’s where I hit my other knee because no light and it’s placed right in the pathway. The hot water takes awhile to get hot so be very patient. We didn’t use the jacuzzi so not sure how that was. Bed was cozy and there was a balcony overlooking the pool. I would not stay in that certain room again because of all the issues and because we heard every kid that was below us in the inside pool. They need to shut that down earlier and not open it so early because us older people like our rest, or at least inform us of the location so we can request another room.

Super hotel! Definitely a steal for the price. Super clean, spacious, pool is open 24/7!

Hotel was very nice, very clean. I was very pleased with my stay. My room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel is easy in and out for traffic. Quick check in and out.

This is our “go-to” place when staying in Sevierville. We have been there multiple times and will continue to do so. We have recommended it to others as a “go-to” stay.

This hotel deserves 5 stars!!! It was so beautiful and the staff was so awesome that we almost stayed another night!! We will be back to stay for sure.
