Gray Wolf Inn & Suites

Hotel smelled clean all floors. Covid procedures followed. Prompt service inside underground parking very convenient for cold winter. Friendly staff.

We had a nice 2 night stay. Pet friendly and a COVID focused breakfast which was well done. Would certainly come back.

The room and hotel was very nice. The room could have been cleaner. The bathroom and kitchen weren't the cleanest. We stayed for 2 nights and had a good time though.

Hotel was clean and staff was kind, but lack of COVID monitoring was a real concern. Though MT is under mask mandate and virus is at its height, we were nearly the only family in the place wearing masks and hotel did not seem to monitor. It made us very uncomfortable. Also, neither toilet nor TV worked.

Hotel was clean and the room was big! Loved the location and the heated garage was perfect keeping our truck warm.

A nice hotel, and convenient located. Considering an ongoing pandemic the service was very good. Would stay there again.

It was magical to hear the wolves howling across the street at the nature center. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room we stayed in was very nice. It had plenty of space for the 6 of us. The location was close to restaurants and shops.

This was our first time in West Yellowstone. I loved the theming of the hotel. There were Gray Wolf pictures everywhere, even in the pool area. Because of covid, it was a very sparse continental breakfast. I think the best part of the hotel was a refillable water bottle station. Great way to get fresh water before heading into the park.

The place smells moldy. Rooms are dirty. The hotel looks old and demanding renovation. AC in the room is extremely loud.
