Comfort Inn Birch Run - Frankenmuth

Room was clean needs remodeling. Mirrors on he wall behind the jacuzzi? Was on the first floor very noisy buy the entrance. Room was allright

Room was clean. Bed was a little hard. Parking lot is tiny and was super full. We had to park on the opposite side of the building and walk around.

It was an amazing stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Didn't get chance to use pool because we had a suite and was busy site seeing. The service was great. I don't remember the gentlemens name at desk but he was awesome.

Girls weekend getaway. Had fun and room was very nice and clean.

Very comfortable room at a great price. My only issue was the questionable cleanliness. The room was great but the first night i pulled the covers back and found a hairball stuck to the sheets. The way it was stuck made me think it went through the washer and stuck like lint which happens so i decided not to complain. The next morning i went to get in the shower and found hair in the tub that looked exactly the same. I was very upset because this made me think maybe the bedsheets hadn't been washed like i had thought. I was going to complain to management but needed to hurry to meet friends and never ended up speaking to management about it.

Elevators need to been cleane

The room smelled of existing smoke even when it was labeled as a non-smoking room. The bathtub did not drain while showering so you were standing in water while showering. The rooms were not cleaned during the stay and I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and the phone in our room did not work.

The property was nice and clean, and very conveniently located. Close to restaurants and the outlet mall, and only 10-15 minutes from Frankenmuth.

Breakfast could have been better. A breakfast sandwich and fruit bar were all you got. No choices were given and you had to microwave it yourself. Would have been nice if juice options were added to breakfast as well.

Everything was clean and the staff was very nice and always they were always helpful. The parking was a challenge, they actually ran out of parking spaces.
