Would not stay again

When we got there they gave me the wrong room when I paid for a king bed, but they gave me two double beds. The keys didn’t work either. Then they fixed our room, but the AC was broken. So it was very hot. We then had someone knock on our door asking if we were checking out. Checkout was before 11am. It wasn’t even 10am when they knocked on the door. As we were checking out the police showed up to the main office.

Not very nice!

The place is old and not very well kept. Outside, the parking lot is full of trash and tractor trailers. Inside, the rooms are old and worn out. The door to my room looked like it had been kicked in. The walls are full of patches, holes and marks. The drains were slow and clogged. The bed was old and lumpy with 3 tiny, flat pillows. The TV remote could only change channels, not volume, and was missing the battery cover. Housekeeping was only by request (apparently 24 hrs. In advance, though no one ever told us that until we requested a room cleaning on day 5 of our stay). The room was decently clean, though, and the sheets and towels smelled and felt clean. Let's just say that this place has definitely seen better days and it's really not worth the price. Only stay here if you're really in need of a budget-friendly hotel.

Nasty and Uncomfortable

This hotel is extremely dirty! It is very out of date, it had no ac, or fan, the furniture looked like they got it from the dumpster, brown water poured out of the tub, it smelled like cigarettes and marjauana, and there were no vending machines. The restaurant is closed and there is no option to have breakfast, even though they advertise it on their website and jn the hallways. Alao, the pool was closed. Just an overall, terrible experience.

Such a shame WAS a very nice hotel.

Had to leave and went to another hotel. This hotel was very dirty. The customer service was awful. Need more than one person at the front desk. Will definitely not recommend anyone to stay there.

We were very unhappy with our stay. We ended up leaving at midnight and not even using the room. No safety whatsoever with the doors to the hotel unlocked and the room had a foul smell, non-working lamps, dirt etc.

This title is bedbugs And no refund or new room

Our room was infested with bedbugs the air vent was filthy dirty black and it had fleas in it there was fleas in the bathroom and we have video and pictures of everything they were not willing to help us or refund us our money told us we had to talk to you to get our money back didn’t wanna compass room or even exchange us a room

Hotel HELL

This place is awful. You should be ashamed to even offer it on tour site. The pictures on the website is nothing close to what it is like The bar and breakfast buffet that is offered on the website is all closed (if it ever even there) Once you arrive dont go to lobby looking for a restroom (both was out of order) We had 2 room in the same building and neither had a working ac . After multiple complaints still nothing. Now is see why they dont offer free cancelation

Not good at all

The hotel smells like a topless bar. The blankets are paper thin. Asked for more blankets and was told housekeeping is gone. Okay that’s nice but still need more blankets. Finally someone brings me blankets that are stained and I’m pretty sure were involved in some type of homicide. The towels are the size of a small hand towel and also probably the lowest quality towel available. Walls were stained with multiple patch jobs from the before mentioned homicide that took place in my room. The tv worked. So that’s good.

Inn at Reading

The air conditioning in the room did not work. Ice machine was right next door to us. That did not work. Plenty of scetchy people hanging around outside of hotel
