Hotel couldn’t find reservation even with the confirmation number. Email stating I had the reservation. Hotel never confirmed so I had to pay and get a different room than expected.

Aside from the property being set back behind a restaurant and hard to see from Highway 10 I had a good night's stay.

Room was clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed mini fridge in room.

We arrived after dark and the building sits behind another business hard to see. The sign out front was not illuminated so we passed the location. Need to have better signage

Lots of green space on property-I had my dog! Rooms needed updating.

I’m handicapped and I had to drag what I could up the stairs. No breakfast, one cup of regular coffee, the toilet seat looked 10 years old and broken. , no pen to write with. I’m not happy with my stay there. It takes about 15 seconds for the key card to pick up the signal. I felt unsafe standing there that long.

Ok stay - room was clean - check in and out was fine - did not get a thanks for staying with us checking in or out. Outdoor hallway very dirty upstairs. Listing said they had breakfast on the listing but they claim due to covid they can’t. That’s funny the best western right next store has been serving “to go “ breakfast items since the beginning- guess they care more for their guests? We come to Ludington 2-3 times a year and wanted to try something different- we won’t be back,

Comparing this night's lodging to the ones we had later during our eight-day vacation would be unfair as we rented the one night in Ludington simply as a place to stay so we could catch the ferry to Wisconsin the next day on time. I was a bit disappointed with the $107 one-night rate with no pool and no breakfast because of the pandemic, but I realize it's a tourist town heading into the weekend and all rates are high. Will we stay there again? Probably not. I don't see an overnighter in Ludington in our future, but you could do a lot worse.

Helpful staff, clean room, great water pressure, comfy bed and pillows, safe area, quiet. We would stay here again!
