Great time with my boo. We enjoyed It

Love this place! The upgrades are very nice.

We wanted to go away for a little rest and relaxation.this was perfect!!The room was clean,however I added my own touches!(LYSOL SPRAY,WIPES)Felt safe from virus.Full breakfast was amazing!!Better than home! GREAT STAY!!We were placed on the PREMIUM FLOOR!EXTRAS+!!

There were dozens of dead ladybugs on the carpet near the window. The room also had flying ladybugs too. We told the front desk that our tub was draining slowly. That night the toilet overflowed, filling the entire bathroom floor. We had to switch rooms. They tried to move us down 2 floors right above the lobby, until we told them we wanted to move up. Our new room also had dead ladybugs on the carpet and the thermostat was clearly from the 1980s and made loud sounds through the air return. Overall, I would not stay here again. It was a good bargin on Black Friday though.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable but there cleaning needs to be stepped up a few notches. Basic cleaning details and a deep cleaning especially of the tile floor. Note, there is a massive parking lot and you will pay daily for it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job of keeping the public areas clean and sanitized. Definitely will stay again.

Excellent staff service. All safety standards to stop the spread of Covid 19 were in place and exceeded expectations.

The room was spacious. My issue is with the shower. There were reddish looking suds all over one side of the shower curtains and the water in the shower did not drain well leaving us standing in a pool of water while showering.. yuck! While leaving the hotel, we had to squeeze our way through all of the cleaning carts and equipment they just left blocking the way to the elevator.

The stay was absolutely amazing from the minute I walked through the doors for check-in through to the last goodbye. This was a great experience and will surely return when in the area again.
