Web site said bar was open was not rooms need some work

First the good: The free airport shuttle was prompt and the driver very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, this hotel is a small incremental step up from the Wyndham Garden at Newark airport. Although clean, the rooms are worn, especially the bathroom. I had hot water for shaving, but never could get anything approaching lukewarm from the bath/shower.

It was ok, could be better . Most of the time the ace make so much noises..couldn't sleep if you are a light sleeper like me inform the front desk so the can fix the ace a head of time ...the view is beautiful at night...11 floor you see it better... Will stay there again need a little adjustment here there but not to bad for the price i pay .

The concierges were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The room was neat and clean. The only issue was when my room was cleaned while I was out for the day, my things in the room were thrown out. I assume the cleaning person thought I was not returning for some reason. However, I had drinks in the fridge and toiletries in the bathroom that were all thrown away. Unfortunately, I got in late and didn’t have time to replace my products before my meeting the next morning, which affected my hygiene. It was an unfortunate incident and I hope in the future, they check to make sure their guest is remaining in the room for an additional night before tossing their belongings. I told the concierge about the incident and the inconvenience.

I want to first say the front desk staff both at check-in and check out was wonderful. Also the personnel at the snack bar was very nice.. However, when I first arrived at the hotel..there was a man standing right in front of the exit from the van , with no face mask , on his cell phone.. he made no attempt to move.. I had to climb out around him.. Next when I came down to get the food I ordered there was another man standing in the middle of the lobby..scoping out the place.. on my way back to my room, yet another man that kept looking back at me as I was going to my room. These things made me very uncomfortable.. To top it off when I came down the next morning to check out there was yet another man trying to sell clothes out of a duffel bag at 8:00am in the morning.. I won’t stay at this hotel ever again. I stay at Crowne Plaza’s around the world so was shocked with this stay

Very quiet and so comfortable., just the way I love it

This hotel used to be awesome. Sad to say, it has gone down hill. I witnessed guests in the lobby area with no masks, once it was an large group. People on my floor didn't wear masks when getting ice or drinks. There was no microwave in the room as it was on previous stays. My room didn't get cleaned for 2 night during my 3 night stay. Lastly, I saw a mouse. Needless to say, I will never stay here again. Not unless they tear it down and put a new building in its place!

Very clean and near alot of shopping

It was clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend it.
