Sheraton Abuja Hotel

An overall good experience despite the pandemic issue. Staff are nice and friendly.

Very old dated hotel. Felt like a ghost town. Creepy at night.

Breakfast was good and the lady at the restaurant reception is very courteous

An old dated hotel in need of some renovation. Overall it was clean and the free breakfast spread was great and of a wide variety. Will be coming back soon!

The staff is very friendly but the hotel itself is in bad condition. Doors are broken or don’t close etc.

Awesome environment

It was an amazing stay for us. Classy and clean. Sheraton kept its style and class. Everything was perfect and even the taste of the food. The food was cooked to perfection. The staff also very helpful and friendly. I’ll be visiting again soon.

Old, bad maintenance, from reception to bar, restaurant and rooms. Bad smell of cocked food penetrate the room all day long, from early morning breakfast till evening buffed served in the hotel court. No good restaurants Badly need restoration!

It’s a very tired hotel, renovations to half the rooms are ongoing. The rooms for the price and branded as a Sheraton are not up to standard. When i arrived I was told my stay had been cancelled, this was resolved with an apology it was their mistake. Mini bar items were added by mistake to my bill. It took some time to resolve! Not great.
