Excellent service, clean spacious rooms at a good price.

Right off the top upon check in I was told that the room that I had chosen (2-br suite) was not available and they instead had to give me two separate rooms. I was traveling with children so this was nerving! Then the agent told us we need to always book directly through the hotel to ensure room availability! So there needs to be better communication between hotels.com and the contracted properties! The room was clean but the water would not get hot in the shower the first night. The hot shower was all i looked forward to after traveling for 5 hours, and therefore this was a huge disappointment! The rest of the stay was ok but I’m not so confident about bookings through this app!

The room was nice, if a bit of a hike up flights of stairs, with no elevator. The airport shuttle was really helpful to us, and fairly prompt. The only real issues we had were: first, the employee at check-in and check-out was not wearing a mask 3 out of the five times we spoke with her. And second, the hotel is arranged with a pool and a basketball court in the courtyard. If noise bothers you, ask for an outer-side room. We had people playing basketball right outside our window until 10pm one night, and on another night they did not stop at 10pm (the posted quiet hours), so we had to call the front desk to ask them to shut it down. The ball bouncing just echoed like crazy, even with the TV on.

The room was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and quiet.

Had an 1 1/2 wait for room to be ready. There were no linens for the sleeper sofa and the printer wouldn't work in the business center. The front desk staff was overwhelmed and was even told it was due to understaffing because of covid. The parking lot didn't feel safe. Alot of shady cars that weren't staying there were in and out all night. Very disappointed since this used yo be a very nice property.

Hotel takes its safety and cleanliness very seriously. So serious, in fact, that we had to wait a long time for our room because it takes longer to clean now and then it has to be inspected. Better safe than sorry, huh? Rooms were very clean and comfortable although the walls are kinda thin. Good cable channels on the telly, free parking and no resort fee. Close to restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. Would like to see some upgrades to the rooms. Since this was a time of the Covid-19 virus, we did not have a complete set of silverware. Two knives, no spoons (when asked we were given plastic) 3 forks. No microwave dishes at all.

It was a good stay over all. Room was clean and comfortable. The property was well kept. My only issue was that there should be signs up asking people to wear masks. I saw way too many people in the pool area one day and none of the guests were wearing masks as they were going in and out of the property. You don’t know who you’re going to come in contact with so as a courtesy to everybody you should be wearing a mask. I wish the property had signage around and also remind people at check out to wear their masks in public areas.

Nice stay, good selection of to-go breakfast, complete room amenities conventional oven is a plus. Need to change carpeting throughout the hotel especially carpeting in the rooms, they’re old and dirty.

TV was out of sync with voice to person talking on most news stations. No pen or paper at desk. No TV or local information available in room. No courtesy coffee in room. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay but the above would have made it better.
