Westmead Hotel

Clean and comfortable. Food was not to my liking but hopwood house pub/restaurant ls just down the road.

Relaxing friendly very clean and comfortable room

Location good and price reasonable. Fairly clean and tidy and a huge room and bed. Toilet seat broken in the room an a light switch broken, small things I know but detail makes the difference and the cleaners would have known about these things so disappointing that they are not fixed before a customer see the room. Overall nice hotel within the mid-range price bracket. I guess it would be nice to have breakfast included in the price though?

The bar area was good and nice pizza but the rooms need a refurbishment as very dated. Room window was broken and didn’t close properly. Rubber on shower screen was very dirty.

I was not advised about the stairs within the property. My room was noisy on my first morning after arrival as the room was next to the load bay for the kitchen. I was offered a move but saw no point as there would be no deliveries 25/26 and I was checking out on 27 th December. I told the receptionist who checked me about the noisy and said he would note it on the computer.

Hotel is lovely. Loads of parking. Room was lovely. Very spacious. Bed very comfortable. A lift would be a massive bonus particularly for those of us with mobility difficulties. Would definitely stay again.

When arrived was sent into a room which had two single beds which I didn’t book, I then noticed there was other people’s belongings in there. We then went to reception and got put in a suite which was more like the one I booked. Was a lovely sleep and other than the little issue at start was great! would come back again .

Lovely hotel very clean friendly staff room very spacious and clean comfortable beds quiet too Great restaurant and fabulous pizzas Would highly recommend and will stay again
