hotel staff great. room ok lack of storage space and somewhere to hang your coats. room clean. sliding door on bathroom did not close properly left gap. breakfast ok. tv basic news channels not good.

Lovely hotel right in the center of the gothic quarter just perfect! Breakfast is affordable and tasty! The hotel staff very very helpful and they all speak at least three languages so very easy to ask questions. Overall this hotel was a fantastic experience. The beds are firm though so be prepared

Great location between El Born and Gothic quarter. A basic 3 star for sure though.

One of the friendliest staffs I've ever encountered! Our trip was a little derailed and they were so gracious in helping us fix things. I just loved everyone there. We arrived very late and the check-in was quick and they helped us to our room. Even after midnight people were still milling around the square below our window. When we shut the windows, there was almost no sound. The hotel is in a perfect location with the metro station right outside the front door. It's located on the edge of the Gothic District so you can walk to the Cathedral, Las Ramblas, and down to the beach. You can take the metro to everywhere else--very easy to use. The machine at the bottom of the stairs will sell at T-10 card (ten tickets). The breakfast is very nice. It's a mix of regional meats, cheeses, with eggs and pastries. I had a chocolate crescent dipped in Nutella every morning. The beds were very comfortable. The room temp in December was perfect. The water pressure was great. I could not have loved this place any more than I did. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were always willing to assist if need be. A couple of times we needed directions and they were very helpfull

this hotel is in the best location in the Gothic Quarter , Metro located right in front of hotel, as well as taxis, bus service short walking to attractions, and Hop on Off bus, several restaurants ,cafe's and shopping near by

Centrally located hotel . Staff was very helpful with directions and info . Rooms were clean .

Amazing location and very friendly/helpful staff. Compared to nearby hotels, this one (while not fancy) was the best overall. We stayed at 3 in the area.
