Evacuation trip for Hurricane Delta with all my family. Nothing to complain about and would stay again!!!!

The room was clean. The staff was helpful and nice. Outdoors were full of homeless and drug traffic in and out of the front lawn as well as as going in and out of the hotel to different rooms all hours of the night.

We evacuated from Hurricane Laura on Wednesday. We ended up having to leave the hotel at midnight Thursday due to an extremely strong smell of gasoline on the 2nd and 4th floors in which we were staying on. Manager claimed it was the elevator giving off that smell. Never heard of such a thing. We had no where else to go so drove 4 and a half hours back home with 8 grand babies to see our devastation of a lost home

The front desk staff was very nice and accomodating when i checked in. They allowed me to check in early, made my stay great by helping me to get the desired room. And breakfast was still served despite the fact that most other hotels are not currently serving breakfast due to COVID. Great experience all around.

Good place to stop and sleep

Hotel wasn’t bad, you get what you paid for. The only thing that really bothered me is check out was noon and house keeping knocked on our door at 8am and woke us up. For that reason I probably won’t ever stay there again.

Construction workers sat outside our window and drank, smoking pot and barking like a dog to try to get our dog to bark. They followed us in and knew what room we had and we had a dog.

Great staff , very clean , and the beds was so comfortable.

Iwas so excited to finally arrive at this Hotel after a long 8 hour drive. The night before I looked at Hotels.com for a place to stay and was pleased to see they had rooms with bathrooms accessible for my mother who uses a walker. Upon entering the dirty water covered floor of the foyer i waited so long for service, I had to phone the front desk. The air conditioner was so loud we had to yell at each other through a small plastic opening. I was handed the key and took my mother to the room that we hoped looked just like the photo. The paint was peeling everywhere and the bed looked as though it was made by my teenage son all wrinkled and uneven. The sheets were damp and it smelled awful. Oh..and the pubic hair on the sheets were at no extra cost. I asked to look at 2 more rooms, each worse than the one prior. I would definitely not recommend staying here.
