Quality Inn West End

When I got off the elevator I walked into a cloud of weed smoke (2nd floor).. I couldn’t get any sleep due to the other guests that most likely live there, they were in the hallway yelling / talking loud and slamming doors all night.. House keeping blasts rap music in the hallway when they’re cleaning the rooms.. Overall it’s more like a crack spot.. The guy at the front desk was ok but he didn’t check my ID when I told him my room key didn’t work the next day.. He just asked for the room number and reactivated the key..

The staff was absolutely HORRIBLE!! This has got to be the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom light did not work, the tv was fuzzy on every channel. The staff was informed about this and never did anything. Room 307... this was the worst stay EVER.

Majority of my stay there was fine until I noticed my towels were dirty and the cable was very finicky. Beside that those were my only concerns. Everything else was okay. I would only recommend to a friend who is tight on money and needs a place to rest their head for a night or two.

I was given a room that had hair in yhe shower, shower didnt drain properly, and that had lots of mold in the shower. The sink water would never get warm/hot but drained perfectly. i told yhe front desk and I was told to "let the water run because there was a full house". My tv was messed up. One lamp wouldnt cut on even after flipping the light switch on at the door. This is normally my favorite hotel but this stay, ive never been so disappointed.

EVERYTHING smells like smoke. I didn't expect a whole lot but the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms was terrible. I found all sorts of gross things all over the floor, including razor heads, and blood smear on the wall by the mirror. Bathroom wasn't cleaned and in disrepair. Doorknob missing from bathroom door. The remote was missing but finally found it under the bed... how much was that cleaned? The desk help was kind enough. The fitness room looked nice but for some reason was locked up. Junk food in a bag for breakfast, but that was understandable due to COVID limitations.

I had to take this trip for business the staff was very friendly and very very helpful if this place was more modern and cleaner and up-to-date it would have gotten a higher review from me.

The rooms should be cleaner considering COVID 19. I had to request my room to be changed five times due to a dirty bathroom. Wow!

Very average $65 a night hotel. Rooms were clean but outdated. Safe, convenient location. Was not pleased to have to put up an additional $100 deposit at checkin
