Very comfortable and central accommodation - everything you need.

Young lady at front reception when we arrived was very friendly and accommodating. Had a very nice meal at restaurant.

Room and bed were spacious and comfortable. bathroom a tad dated. Been a while since I've seen a shower curtain - but it was functional

Staff were great. Room was terrible, the noise from the portable air conditioner in the corner of the room made it impossible to relax and listen to music or watch TV. The TV itself was grainy and very poor quality. Mattress was far past it’s use by date with a defined ridge down the middle. Could hear people talking in adjacent room and occupants of the room above kept me awake with high heels on the bathroom floor. Decor was shabby and in need of an upgrade. Location is great, but wouldn’t recommend for a getaway if you don’t want to feel like you are staying in a motel.

Ease with parking and breakfast service, great value

Location was great, easy parking (additional cost) limited amenities in the rooms (bar fridge and TV was all!) very clean and tidy, lovely staff

Arrived at 1:15, even though their didn't appear to be a lot of other guests couldn't get in early but they would notify me when it would be available which they failed to do. Having to pay $6 extra nightly for parking seemed unfair. Nothing in bar fridge, towels were not changed. Overall very disappointed and will not return to this property..... 😠

Found the room comfortable but very hot. Room service was excellent

Very dated, poor service, uncomfortable bed, no mini bar. No information in room, at all re check out times, room service. Thought check out was 11 but at 10.40 reception ringing wanting to know why i hadn't checked out, very rude. Advised i wasn't aware what there checkout time was as i was not provided with any information
