La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Chicago Willowbrook

I was there with my family. My wife and I in one room, my father in law and sons were 2 rooms down. We spent the whole night listening to a " couple" have intercourse very very loudly. It went on for 5 to 6 hours with them both screaming at the top of their lungs. Our rooms were dirty and stained beds. With burnt covers and blankets in what was supposed to be smoke free rooms.

I ended up in an accessible room. But it turned out to be ok.

My stay was pleasant, clean, quite. I think because of covid most hotels have closed down the common areas, within the hotel, I would suggest that they still keep all of the lights on (inside lobby) especially if the outside of the hotel needs refreshing like this one does (this is more of a local management choice I believe). Other the refreshing of the outside of the hotel, parking lot and vegetation, this is a great low price choice for any overnighter.

Horrible. Extremely dirty and we were there for two nights and they did not even empty the trash cans. Entrance was dirty and full of cigarette butts. Will never stay there again!

Halls, elevators, outside were filthy. Room was clean. Desk was helpful. Floor in Elevator had an easily washed smear all week! Carpets were filthy. Definitely needs paint and exterior maintenance as well. I should have taken pics. Note, if you have advertised services like breakfast, correct the website or at least say ... "Some services may not be offered due to ...."

We were there for a wedding nearby, so we were just there to sleep. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean.

The room was clean but it had a slight musty smell. I always travel with a small bottle of Frebreeze so it wasn't a big deal. However, the hallways were gross. The 2nd floor hallway carpet was filthy and when you rounded the corner to head towards our room, it reeked of vomit. That corner near the turn had a utility room so maybe that's where the smell was coming from,. Or maybe someone actually vomited. But the smell was there the whole time, Friday through Sunday. Other than that, the staff was friendly. And helpful. We had no issues at all. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Nice property, a little old i remember when it was the Baymont Inn, stains on the public carpet which could be fix if per wing it could be cleaned, found hair on both the bed sheets and pillow, seemed liked it was placed there someone in the cleaning staff is dissatisfied with their job, seems like.

Shower was making very loud and annoying sound, rooms was old , the whole floor had a very very strong smell of weed.

Room smelled dingy. Bed was a little uncomfortable.
