Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Corning, an IHG Hotel

Nice property. Friendly and Efficient staff. This is our second stay here and except to stay here again.

Very nice, clean & comfortable.

First things first. Staff was nice and courteous. Unfortunately, we were given a room that was already occupied, walking in on strangers in there room was not a pleasant experience. The room we ended up getting was not in good shape. Door to the bathroom was almost falling off the hinges, the florescent light over the sink would not light up. Bed had a strong smell of body oder. The last thing, one of the lights in the parking lot was flashing and very bright in the room curtains could not block it out. When I asked about it in the morning, they said that it has been like that for over a month!

Hotel charged us as well as hotels.com. Be careful when you check in.

An overnight stop while traveling across the country. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was spacious & clean. Not noisy either. Hot breakfast! Not grab & go. Also delicious. Would recommend whether COVID or not.

A clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay while traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic. The lobby has been redesigned to encourage hand-sanitizing and social-distancing. Though I didn’t stay for breakfast, I was pleased to learn that it, similarly, is redesigned to support the health of guests and staff (order downstairs, then dine in your room). The employees who helped me check-in and check-out were friendly. A they, and all employees I saw (including room caretakers) were wearing masks. My only discomfort came from the road noise at night. However, my room’s bed was so comfy it was easy to fall asleep again.

Tessa at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The room was not at the best condition but the King suite was spacious and clean for the two of us, a baby and two medium sized dogs. There was no grassy area on-site for the dogs so we had to cross the driveway to a small patch of grass. There are limited choices of food around the hotel but was not a big deal for us since we were just driving by. Some guy circling around the parking lot on a bike really freaked my husband out when we were loading up the car to leave early in the morning. In general, not too bad to stay for a night.
