Red Lion Inn & Suites Grants Pass

Stayed twice, a week a part. First experience there was dog crap all over outside and then there was a domestic dispute in a room next to us with the cops called in the middle of the night. Second experience there was mold all over the bathroom and drunk people talking over each other walking up and down the halls.

No elevator. Difficult with luggage. Bathroom small. Very comfortable beds.

Overall it was a good stay; the room was very clean & comfortable and the staff was pleasant/accommodating & professional. However, I didn't like that (apparently) there are units designated for residential use - gave it a bit of a shady/low-rent feel and that impacted how I felt about the parking lot, plus there was a person who I am assuming was a tenant who had a dog in the hallway which was not on a leash, which has become a major pet peeve of mine. Also the adjoining room was noisy, not sure if they were residents or not, but loud & inconsiderate/ghetto nonetheless. The price was good, and again overall it was a good stay, so I would stay again if I was passing through the area & the price is right

Great place for a relaxing overnight on our drive from Seattle to San Francisco. Hotel is modern, clean and comfy. We were really impressed and appreciate that it is pet friendly too.

Lady at desk was sorta nice but could have smiled. Room was very nice and there security is very tight. Only thing I don't care for is if you choose to keep your option to cancel they want an extra 10.00 for the room. In covid-19 should be able to change your reservation without being charged an extra 10 bucks

Property was easy to find - parking lot well-lit - check-in was quick and easy - room was clean - bed was to die for! Thanks for a very comfortable evening!

The housekeeping was so loud on the second floor we could sleep past 8. We didn't get in until 2 am.

Clean pet friendly hotel. No breakfast or in room microwave. Would have been nice to have another wast basket in the sleeping area. I feel they should have told us there will be no breakfast.

Parking was a bit tough with my truck but the hotel was clean.
