SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Moses Lake

COVID-19 Guidelines for wearing a mask were not enforced. At check in, the employee working the front counter and the person checking in before me did not have masks on. There was a poster at the front entrance stating that masks were required.

I was at the hotel for 3 nights from Friday through Monday ,not a single day did the house keeping come in to replace the sheets,towels or take out the trash, despite leaving Specific instructions on the second day at the front desk,they still did nothing...not super impressed with their customer service especially to people of color.

Clean and quiet, a nice stay

Everything was great. From check in, breakfast, no fee for our fur baby, to check out, all went great. Rooms are newly remodeled and up to date. Will be staying again soon.

Pros: View out back hotel of field pretty. Good pillows. Nice to have microwave in room. Bathroom amenities recently upgraded. Cons: mattress old and squeaky, uncomfortable, , cupboard in mini-bar section so old, they just painted over them...And disgustingly dirty. We had to move from kitchenette room to another cuz cupboards hadn’t been washed in long time. Staff front desk very nice, and accommodating...but they need to complete renovation with new mattresses, better kitchenette cupboard, utensils, etc.

Conveniently located with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to freeway.

Best Western is trying hard to make this hotel as comfortable & updated as possible, but this is a basic hotel with basic rooms & furnishings.

Our room was clean and cozy. The rooms were updated and current. The staff was very friendly.

Bed was not comfy! Hotel smelled funny! No hot tub like the site stated. Ice machine was broken. Pool was cold!
