Shilo Inn Suites Hotel - Nampa Suites - Idaho

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Slept like a baby. Great deal! Staff was wonderful.

I'm not sure if it was the long black hair in the sink, the employees not wearing masks or the general decline that this facility has taken during my annual visit since 2002. Especially, given the price that exceeds other hotels which are in far superior condition. It was a nice run, I will miss the old Shilo.

Way over priced for the out dated hotel . There are much nicer hotels in the area for less

The staff was not wearing masks in the middle of a pandemic. Idaho's numbers are up to a point that people visiting Idaho are recommended to self-isolate for 2 weeks after that. Not the time to be greeted without a mask. There are two plastic shield separating you from the desk clerk - however, they are set up with a big gap at the corner and the clerk talks to you through this open area. Not impressed. The publicly available coffee was also not sanitized after use.

Pool looks like it wasn't cleaned for days. The rooms are hot. Air conditioner barely works. Pop machine only takes dollars. No coin.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable and clean...not horrible and not great....a little bouncy. We came in late and there were no extra blankets in the room like most places we stay. The biggest challenge was the noise from the heating / air-conditioning unit. Constantly coming on through the night...very loud. Also could hear the cars from the street at times. Having said all that it was still ok for the price.

Very nice rooms, bar and grill on premises, staff very friendly. Was stuck there for 2 days (truck issues) so it was a nice place to hunker. Maybe a little pricey. But worth it.

They had my reservation, but wouldn’t let me check in. Only essential workers (truckers) were allowed to stay. Never book at Shilo again.

It was a strange stay...Covid-19 made it a little uncomfortable, I’m sure for everyone. Everything was shut down so I can’t speak to the amenities or the pool, they were taking good measure to ensure safety, which I appreciated. Outside of covid-19 the floors could have been cleaner in the room, carpet and tile alike seemed dirty to me. Everything else was great, clean bedding and comfortable. Especially for the price, it was more than a decent place to stay.
