Homewood Suites Raleigh - Cary

Jessie is fantastic and super accommodating. The room I was in was not clean and there were ants in the kitchen, dead bugs in the corners as well as webs and dust in those areas.

Room was damp & smelled a bit. Landscapers just outside the window in the morning woke us up at 8.

It started on a bad note. The first room we were given had blood in one of the shower floor. It looked like all they did was make the bed, give clean towels and put the sanitizer sticker on the door. The front desk person was great and got us a new room right away. Unfortunately it was facing the patio. That evening a group of people decided to have a cookout and party on the patio. It wasn’t bad at first. At midnight they got very very loud and very drunk. Music was blaring to point windows were rattling. Called the front desk. The guy there blew me off and said he would tell them to quite down. Half hour later called down again because music was turned up louder and they were arguing. He said he already talked to them once. I asked if I should call the cops and he basically said “whatever”. Half hour later sound just got louder. We were upset by then and told guy at front desk we wanted a refund so we could go somewhere else or should we call the cops to get noise to stop. He said he couldn’t give us a refund and calling cops wouldn’t do anything because it’s private property. So no sleep. Don’t recommend this hotel. There is another if the same brand 2 miles up the road. I recommend that one instead.

The rooms were beautiful and staff were extremely accommodating and friendly.

This hotel was honestly the best location for us. We were there visiting NC State and it was 15 minutes to both the campus and the airport. It was tucked away and so quiet. Near great restaurants and shopping if you needed that. The room was extremely clean, outfitted with a small kitchen, bedroom, livingroom and bathroom. Plenty of room for my family of 3.

I will not be returning. I woke up to a toilet that wasn’t working. I was then switched to a queen standard room though I paid for a king suite. I went back to the front desk to let them know that wasn’t going to work. I was put back into the room with the broken toilet. I reported a broken toilet at 6:35 am. It wasn’t fixed until 10:30 am. I had to use the public restroom in the lobby. My sheets and pillow cases had make up and hair on them. There is a white residue on the night stand and headboard. This is a very poor Homewood Suites. This was not my experience at the last Homewood Suites I stayed at in Indiana. This one isn’t nearly as clean. Again, I’ll never return and I will urge others not to stay here.

A little short on parking in the evenings. Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. The eggs weren't the best that I have ever had though. Could have used just a few more tables in the lobby, but wasn't too bad.

Great hotel! Very quiet and breakfast area is very comfortable and spacious. Comfortable bed, nice room. Bathroom was a little small but it was just me so it was ok.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean.

Absolutely beautiful. No negatives
