Crowne Plaza Lima

Overall I am very excited with my stay at crown plaza hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was professional. The hotel was very nice and I was given an upgrade to a junior suite free of charge. The staff was hey helpful in a variety of ways throughout my stay with assisting with items in the hotel as well as with items (like Restaurant recommendations) outside of the hotel.

I did like how helpful and responsive they were. In the heart of Miraflores, this hotel is a must for travalers and I believe is family friendly

Super attentive and friendly staff overall. Great safe location. Private and safe car parking. Quality breakfast. They even left a special gifts for our kids on their beds on Thanksgiving Day. Those details are appreciated by any parent.

Centrally located, walkable to food and shopping. Our shower door wouldn’t stay closed and tv stopped working after a scheduled power outage. The bare area was very cold and not climate controlled.

Great hotel and service and very good central location in Miraflores. The only slightly disappointing point is that the indoor pool is very small - too small if wanting to actively swim as it is more a plunge pool.

The property was located in a very good walking distance to everything, shopping, beach, parks and very good restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The kitchen prepared a variety of different foods every morning. Eggs, pancakes, French toast and waffles are made to order.

Very attentive staff, clean amenities. Maintenance was quick to respond and resolve a small issue. Great location! They even offered a free ceviche class that was simply outstanding! Highly recommend!

I had been staying there for 4 nights I tried to extend my stay and was told I couldnt do it with Expedia only with them. I ended leaving to “sol de oro” much nicer room cost less and friendly reception and staff.

Close to Parque Kennedy and the waterfront. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room clean with lots of space.

Great service from the front desk and concierge. Really went out of their way to arrange taxis and tours. Hotel is in a good area, safe to walk around and close to the ocean by a 10 minute walk. Room was large but a little dated including the bathroom. Good security at the hotel, get very safe.
