Wyndham Garden Fort Wayne

I have stayed at this hotel twice for work and will continue. For the price I was going to accept what I got but I was very pleasantly surprised. Employees were friendly and greeted me. Lobby was clean elevator was clean halls were clean and room was immaculate. Thank you!!

They lock you out of using any device that allows streaming. Force you to use cable or their on demand service. This is only the second hotel I have been to that does this and I won't go back to that one either. I travel a lot for work and am pretty picky and after a day at work I just want to chill with some YouTube or Netflix. The door also would not unlock from the outside. The mechanism inside actually broke. Things break, I get that. Then, we had to change rooms after we had settled in. I would recommend other hotels in the area before recommending this one.

This is the first time since the pandemic that I have stayed at a hotel. When I reserved my room and in time prior to my arrival, I was never informed that the road in front of the hotel was under constructed - one lane was impassable - the other was the only in or out lane - it too being poor grade . I would have appreciated heads up proir to arrival On the first morning I found a dead roach in shower - desk staff who said that the room treated - the following morning I woke to a dime size spider on the wall - I informed the the staff who said the room was sprayed - I said the the desk clerk that this was really unaccepted and he asked if I wanted to switch room - I was in a disabled room - I have orthopedic issues with my feet, legs, back and shoulders - there was never an offer to help me move - I declined - the following morning found a silverfish bug on my wall - and again told the desk - - the following morning hand small brown flies in the room- when I told the staff I was told there was nothing that could be done This was my first hotel stay since the virus - I was not aware of any changes in service - I found that the evening of the first full night I was there - I really had no issue with the attenuated service - it would have been nice if I was told this before my arrival or when I arrive - couple days latter I did see a small sign at the deck that said that - it was small and off to one side. I would have been a courtesy of some one would have asked me if I knew

Nice rooms! Friendly staff! Courtyard was unique with the fire pit and grill! Pool was open to.

Nice easy check-in, nice clean hotel & rooms. Friendly customer service. The hotel was near our function over the weekend.
