Greenstay Inn & Suites CourtView

The 1st room had a bad smell (changed), the 2nd room had always beeping smoke detector (changed). I requested a crib, but it was not ready. Covid-19 breakfast consisted of a cheap little muffin, a little cereal snack and a bottle of water. Located close to the highway. This hotel deserves maximum 4 of 10 points.

It was good for a few nights. The first room had not been clean and we were moved to a different room.

The helper at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We were given a sack breakfast. We were happy with their services and felt safe with their covid policies.

The staff was great. Rooms were stylish, but maintenance was a little lacking. Clean except for some hair in the tub. The bagged breakfast is all sugar. Wish there had been something I could eat without spiking my blood sugar. Bed was comfortable and the rooms quiet. Kind of odd that there are smart TVs, but they aren't connected to the internet. Very satisfying water pressure!

Each time I stay here my experience gets worse. Sink and toilet always dirty with black flecks of something. Room smelled old and musty, hard bed. Mini fridge smelled like old food and hadn’t been wiped out. I ended up cleaning before I took anything out of my suitcase. This stay was Thanksgiving so not many in the hotel. They put a woman with 2 yapping dogs right next to me. She liked to slam doors all night and turn TV up and I could clearly hear it. Finally got front desk to say something to her at 10pm. I’ve given too many chances, won’t stay here again.

Front desk staff very polite, check-in and check-out. Hotel was a bit older in appearance than I expected, however it was perfect for our 1 night stay.

Great room suprised with the quality for the price.

Our stay was good, the room was clean but saw a few place that didn't get vacuumed. But a nice pleasant room overall
