Quality Inn & Suites Near the Theme Parks

Good stay. Problem with room key. Service desk worked it out.

This is my second time booking a room through the Hotels.com app, both times I paid for king bed and upon check-in was told they did not have any more kings available. That stuff like that happens all the time when you book through the app. And they offered me no type of refund. I also booked a non-smoking room, our room was definitely smoking. It smelled like someone had smoked all day before our arrival.

I reserved a King size room when we checked in they didn’t even tell us they were sold out of Kong’s size rooms just gave us our key it wasn’t until we got In the room we realized it was a queen size bed.. and our keys didn’t work had to go down and get those reset when I asked why we have a queen instead of a Kings the rep just said oh we are sold out .. well that is something that needs to be told when checking in.. our door stuck so you had to literally push it to open the room looked nothing like the pictures on line... I will not being staying there anymore

The first room we got, as soon as we walked in there was a super strong smoke smell and there was a lizard running around the room. I’m terrified of lizards! So, we got a different room. No lizards this time, but the smoke smell was still super heavy. I didn’t unpack any of our clothes cause I didn’t want them to smell like the room. Perk was the location, we got to Universal and I Drive pretty fast.

The night shift front guess guy was super nice the morning shift breakfast lady was not accommodating. I asked for chocolate muffins and she didn’t even check.

We got a great price. Don't expect to much and you will like it here. First room we had smelled really bad, but we were moved to the next floor up and there was no stink. We did 3 nights 3 Universal park trips. We were hardly at the hotel, so we didn't really expect too much from our hotel stay other than a clean and safe atmosphere. The breakfast provided was not great. Muffin, granola bar and really cheap orange or apple juice. The major dissappointment was that there isn't any transport to the theme parks. It says there is, but be warned; there is not. Ended up spending and additional $75 dollars to drive to park. Was hoping to avoid this cost. It was a nice stay over all. I would consider staying again.

First room carpet was wet and it smelled so bad. Second room which was next door it was better but the smell from the first room came to the second room. Overall 7
