The place is not clean. The service was horrible and the ice maker doesn’t work. Very disappointing. Don’t recommend this place

The location was good. The check in was very impersonal with the lobby being closed due to COVID all interaction was very impersonal. The room had a bad smell and the sheets had misc stains. The A/C had difficulty keeping up with the heat possibly due to gaps in front door framing-could see light outside. Very noisy with car alarms going off in parking lot and people talking on balcony outside door. Overall seemed sketchy and not up to expectations for the price! Would not stay here again!

First of all parking lot was very dirty trash everywhere homeless walking around.I walked into my room the light fixtures were broken above the spa also the spa jets did not work. The air-conditioning was not blowing cold I asked for my money back and two days later the manager approved it and it was returned I did not stay there I left!! Also I found needles of drug use in the parking lot.

The service was horrible. They had the pool closed there were homeless people outside the hotel the property would not ask them to leave. There was piles of garbage floating outside of my door I asked management to clean it three different times they never did. I would not go back to the hotel.

Very cheap motel feel..Sticky floors...roach running around. AC is very week, worn and stained sheets.

The grounds are extremely unkept with trash piled in common areas. Not bagged trashed, litter. We had a jacuzzi room and had to clean hair out of the spa. Our room also has had a broken and hanging smoke detector. When heading to bed, there was a old rose stem shoved into the mattress. The room has 2 air conditioners that cooled extremely slowly. Because of COVID, continental breakfast is served in individual paper sacks (which is not a problem at all) but is of extremely poor pre-selection. We were given a blueberry nutra-grain bar, a coffee cake type slice with orange and chocolate, and a bottle of water. We will never return.

The good: bed was very comfortable, housekeeping staff was great, fridge and microwave, free WiFi, reasonable rates. The bad: parking lot is horribly designed, shower temperature was constantly fluctuating, WiFi forced login multiple times per day, extremely shady characters at this location, people coming and going at all hours of the night. If you are staying for a few nights it’s fine, I was waiting for my new apartment to open up and had to vacate my old one so I was there for almost a week and a half. Would not recommend for that length of time.
