Baymont by Wyndham Bridgeport/Frankenmuth

All of the hotel personnel were great, as was the comfort of the room. The room itself could have been cleaned better before we checked in and it could use some minor fixing up in a few areas. But we would definitely stay here again if in the area and traveling with our dog again, which was the reason we stayed here as they allow pets. Was very close by to Frankenmuth which we were there for.

The manager was very nice we ended up having to stay longer and he helped us out a lot

The pool was not working but no info given about it while booking and wasn't informed until after I was given the keys. No bag breakfast available at 7am as was told. No bottle water, no coffee, nothing. Would have stayed somewhere else had I known.

Very comfortable hotel

The gentleman at front desk was very helpful and went out of his way to help. Awesome customer service. Our room did not have the number on the wall he said the renovation stopped there. Because of covid

They had a wash cloth stuffed in a hole in the ceiling where the sprinkler system should have been. Not sure how they couls rent the room out safely. Bed was awful. Water pressure was awful. They have tried to upgrade and make this hotel newer and nicer but they have some work to do still.

I wanted a hot tub in room and for the dates this was the only one. The hotel was a little outdated as that no touch up on paint, carpeting and tile. The bed was harder then thought but it was ok with the soft pillows. We had a fly, a weird bug, and 3 stink bugs when we got back from dinner. we got rid of them. Everyone was very nice and the room was across from elevator and ice which we like and I know from being a travel agent that many request not to be by. We did not mind because it was still quite. The toilet took long time to fill as did the hot tub still we enjoyed the stay. My husband I got away, enjoyed visiting a good friend and Zenders.

We decided to take a trip (with our dog) to Frankenmuth MI on a whim. Most hotels in town were booked and/or did not allow pets. Just when we thought we would have to travel elsewhere, we found the Baymont just outside of town. It was affordable, had good reviews and allowed pets! On arrival we noted that the hotel was setback off the busy fronting street which would provide peace and quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and large enough that we weren’t tripping over one another. The best part of the stay hands down was meeting our server Jessie. Jessie ran the continental breakfast with flair. Not only did she whip up fantastic pancakes, but she did it with a smile and a great attitude! Thank you for making our trip that much more memorable.
