Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Surry Hills

Very pleased with the customers service and attention to detail during my entire stay at adina apartments,Surry Hills. I would most definitely stay again in the future.

Great location, but cannot recommend this place. The property, or at least the apartment I stayed in, was awfully run down. The paint in the room was blistered. The windows were stiff to open/close and covered in cobwebs. The equipment provided in the kitchen was a random collection of things that didn’t match. The bathroom exhaust fan stays on permanently and is very noisy. Bubbles came up from the drain in the bathroom when we used the shower. The room description said it had a desk, but there wasn’t one. The bed didn’t have a proper duvet cover - it seemed to be two sheets used to wrap the duvet which meant the bedding got in a mess. The room lights are not bright enough.

I was very happy with my stay. The apartment was very well laid out, and the city view was breathtaking. It's an older building, but the apartment was very well maintained, very clean, very functional kitchen, comfy bed and pillows, lovely balcony. The Location is excellent. I loved it there and would definetly recommend this place to my friends!

I was recovering from an operation and the staff were fantastic, accomodating my dad at last minute and helping with everything.

I love the location and have stayed here a couple of times. The water pressure in the shower is very bad and the air conditioning was inadequate. I asked for someone to look into my issues with the AC but they never did. I would stay here again but the AC needs a major update. The room got very hot!

Property well maintained and pleasant common area. However, on this occasion after paying over $1500 for 2 night stay, my apartment was adjacent to lift shaft and the noise of the lift from 6am to midnight was intrusive within apartment. Ensure not to have any apartment which ends in 15.
