The perfect stay! Upgraded on arrival. The room was beautiful and the staff were a dream. What more could you ask for?

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel last week. It is located in JBR just blocks from the walk with tons of restaurants and shopping and just a short cab ride to downtown. The staff was super friendly on check in. The lobby was immaculate. We were given a room in the new building. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony over looking the pool and the marina. The halls were very quiet. We ate at the restaurant one night and had lunch once at the pool. The food was very expensive but typical for a 5 star resort. We spent a ton of time in the main pool. The water was chilled and refreshing! Chairs were 6ft apart and the towels individually wrapped. When people got up, the chair was sprayed down. That pool felt safe. The only con to this stay was that the middle pool was a bit of mayhem when we went down. There were tons of people both in the pool and at the bar with zero social distancing. As no masks are required in the water, we did not feel safe and left. Also on Friday, it appeared that they let in day passers as the pool area was majorly crowded. So much that it was hard to find a chair. Didn't seem like the best idea in these times. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The property was clean and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was outstanding. I will definitely go back to the same property again.

Stayed for 6 nights in September, the staff were exceptional, the room was amazing (deluxe sea view). Highley recommend this hotel.

Excellent service! the duty manager and staff were extremely helpful and as a business traveller it is imperative to have such diligent service at your chosen hotel. Will definitely be staying here for my next few trips to Dubai

Had a great time the hotel is rely good stayed there just at the start of the Corona problem so things had to change no buffet restaurant or swim up bar but the staff had to deliver your drinks and food but all was ok thanks to all the staff for there effort
