Baymont by Wyndham Traverse City

The attendant was not at the desk when we were checking out. So I left the cards at the desk. No one ever asked if our room was ok. We had very little toilet paper so we used kleenex. We did not have enough towels to shower so hand towels were used by one person. We should not have to follow someone around hotel to get a response. They turned on bright lights just under our window about 9:00 P.M..That made it almost impossible to get to sleep. We tried everything to block the light. We will never stay there again.

The bed was rock solid and there was no blankets. We had 2 sheets on our bed and that was it. The hall and the elevator reeked of weed EVERY TIME we left and came back.

My room didn’t have a blanket on the bed. I went to the front desk to request one and let them know I only had a sheet on the bed. The front desk let me know they are in the closet. I told her there is no blanket in the closet and she said, I’m sorry we are all out.... so no blanket? She later brought a thin blanket to the room that smelled like dirty feet. Not impressed.

The hotel had a weird smell. Only one bar of soap in the room for both the drink and the shower. Room didn't have a blanket on the bed and there wasn't one in the room. The room seemed clean except when i went into the bathroom there was a pubic hair in the toilet. Pillows on the bed were horrible. Overall I was very dissatisfied with the room and the hotel, I will not go back. I feel like the room was way overpriced for what we got.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable. I would stay here again.

The pool & hot tub were not open. The room was excellent.

The flood lights from the parking lot shine right into the rooms. No way to block out all the flood lights.

Clean and convenient. No issues ... understood the breakfast was modified for Covid-19. Staff was very friendly

Very loud guy in the room next to us coughing his lungs up.

Paid to much for room for not being able to use pool or hot tub and not getting breakfast not even a sack breakfast. Wife and i was very not happy not a very good aniversery.
