Clarion Inn

The bed sheets were stained and full of hair. The refrigerator was stained with brown liquid. We had to change the sheets on the bed before we could get some rest, after being on the road for hours. The worst experience ever. They also charged me twice for one of my rooms.

Room was dirty, looks like they did some work and there were like paint chips all over the floor by the window and there was no Toilet paper holder just a roll of paper sitting on the Vanity. Breakfast was regular coffee, apples, Bread, english muffins, bagels, Grape jam. you could not toast anything so basically coffee and bread was all they had.

I enjoyed my stay here, very welcoming staff and amazing atmosphere. Also I am very particular about cleanliness the room I stayed in was well maintained.

Did not state on web site that they are not serving breakfast due to COVID 19. This is just an excuse to be cheap, the could have provided pre-wrapped or sealed items. Room was ok just dot look up at big water stains.

I have booked on 5 July, but I was there on 6 July at 1 am, my book is canceled cause after 12 am is a new day ( and I made another booking, now in my credit I have 3 processes for one booking!! )

every thing was fine,will stay here again.I did call the front desk,and no one was there,got them on call back.

Stayed here for the weekend while visiting family, had 2 rooms. Family arrives before me, they take them to their room, room hasn’t been cleaned. I have pics, Cheetos or Doritos crushed on the white sheets, bed not made. Ceiling of the bathroom recently plastered, drywall mud dripping onto the floor. Requested a room change, and was given a suite, which was nice. Staff was very good and accommodating. Checked my room before I even showed up after what happened with the first room. Very apologetic. No complaints about the staff at all, everyone we came in contact with was very nice. Breakfast was good both mornings, kids swam in the pool and had fun. The cleanliness and functionality of the facilities was the big issue. First room was terrible. The floor in my room was noticeably not level, every time you walk past the dresser, all 4 big drawers flew open and not at all easy to get them to stay closed, super annoying. TV only had like 6 channels, no major networks. Will probably stay somewhere else next time.

Very clean tidy rooms. And convenient. Quiet as well.

Aside from being dated, this hotel was listed as having a gym and it actually does not. It was also loud, though I'm sure that changes due to who his staying there
