Pagoda Hotel

Nice hotel, well equiped. Pool wasnt Working though

Check-in/out speedy, any question had answer from concierge. Pool was closed.

room was clean and roomy and well kept. we appreciated that. location was great.

This older hotel shows its age. The drain plug doesn’t close completely, grout is not totally clean, closet doors are difficult to open/close, outlets for charging phones, for example, are not easily accessible. There are two tall pilars at reception that hides the customer line. This could have easily and immediately been fixed by the receptionist when I told him to move the guide posts and ropes. He just apologized and did nothing. Parking is across the street with crosswalk a half block away, that meets a 6” curb on one end. There are many additional charges that add up to $58/night.

I reported that our television didn't work so I asked to have the "amenities fee" be reduced ( we didn't use the pool/ sign said it was closed). I received an email from them two days later saying they were "sorry they fell short" with no compensation
