People working there went out of their way to accommodate us in every way possible.

Rooom overpriced for the size for the size of it. But it s hotels.com who overpriced it as the hotel sold the room for way less to hotel.com ..

The location was great. easy access to metro Line 1 Port de Vincesses, and Bel air Metro Line 6. Staff was great and very helpful. great pastry shop across the street. W/I 20 - 30 min train ride to the Eiffel Tower. Easy access from Charles de gaule Airport to Hotel.

Paris in the Summer is Hot. Hotel doesn’t have A/C so be warned. A fan was provided and the windows open wide so that was a relief. Staff is friendly and the area is not busselling with tourists so it’s quiet and had a great Saturday street market. The metro 1 line is the best part as you can use that to get to all the major sights, shopping, food, etc. We’d stay again for the Saturday market alone, but otherwise we’ll probably stay at our usual digs. This is a good back up though. Also the Patisserie across street is delicious.

The room was really nice with modern decor. The bathroom was quite spacious for Parisian hotel. There is a really nice outdoor area where you can have your breakfast and relax. However, when I asked about check out time, I was told 12. I went to Bois de Vincennes before check out and on returning at 1030, I was again reminded that check out was 12pm. The cleaning staff were also waiting at the top of the stairs and I told them I was leaving soon. I enjoyed staying at the hotel but felt like I was being chased out at the end!

Service was nice. The room was definitely on the smaller side. I understand that in europe rooms can be small but in this case, only one person can walk through the front of the bed at a time. Condition of the place is great. When you enter it gives a very sophisticated feeling. If you have more than one suitcase with you good luck going up the stairs. We had 4 suitcases with us, stayed on the 4th floor and no elevator; it was a little bit of a let down.

Very old and very stale. No air conditioning so beware of staying here in the summer. I left a pair of expensive jeans in the room and I e-mailed them. They returned my email saying they had them and if I gave them my credit card info and address they’d send them to me. That was almost two months ago. Follow up emails and phone calls have gotten me nowhere. Very unprofessional and awful customer service.
