Love the renovations

Bad experience, hotel under construction. Reserved room on line when i arrived checked in and they gave me a dirty room. Then had me wait for another room. Guy tried getting rid of us calling other hotel but the price was too high and it was already after 11pm. AC did not work good but couldn't argue anymore as we were tired and it was only to sleep. Bad, bad experience won't be staying there anymore.

Room was so dirty. The bathrooms were full of black dust and grime. The bed sheets were stained to the point you thought they never changed them. There were stains all over the carpet and walls. It was just disgusting.

Place was dirty when we complained it was met by rudeness such as well you see what we got going on or yall were in the room for a little bit yall couldve done it the first room had a huge leak in the pea trap on the sink and it took a whole day to be moved and when we checked in again they tried to give us the same room with a wet floor the air conditioner didnt work in two of the rooms and each time there was an attitude when asked if we could move very noisy dogs barking all day and night the manager threatening to call the police on us even though we tried to tell her that we would be booking again showed her that we were all she could do was say yall need to leave the property before i call the police and have yall removed.. She was very ghetto and disrespectful

Stayed here several times making doctors visits at MD Anderson. The place is under renovation and is disarray to say the least

The first night the room had blood on the carpet dog bones under the bed and horrible smell

Cable didnt work. Night host didnt seem like he wanted to be bothered

Extremely disappointed. The hotel is being remodeled, so it is under construction. My room appeared to be clean, but all dresser drawers were open and they would not stayed closed (dresser and side table needed to be leveled) and the carpet was downright disgusting. I ended up placing the bed coverlets on the floor just to walk around. Lamps and the clock were not plugged in. No comment: Pool and dining were closed due to COVID. Positives: The hotel rooms are accessed via interior hallway (as opposed to opening to the outside like many hotel/motels in the area). I hope it's not the lower floors that have already been remodeled and that the hotel will be much nicer when remodeling is complete.

The a/c was the only thing that could have worked a little better, it took to long to cool off the room.

Quiet and relaxed. Good customer service polite workers. Keep meb supplied with what I needed like towels and other nessesities.
