eeeh!

The wallpaper in the bathrooms were held up with scotch tape... The beds were good.. Toilet overflowed with a #1 I reserved here for the pool & jacuzzi but as we changed and headed to the area, we were informed they were closed.. this was around 9:30pm (was told normally the pool closes at 11pm).. my child and family were truly disappointed.

Hotel with attitude

As soon as i walked in the attendant Kelly rolled her eyes because she had to put her phone down to help me the whole time she had a horrible attitude. She asked for my last name to look up my reservation and became irritated when she didnt understand how to spell it, once she found my room she handed me my key and said "I only have one key for your room so ya but if i get more ill let you know" which was very unprofessional, When she gave me the key she handed a folded up paper with it apparently i needed to sign it which she never said until after a few mins she was rude about, I waned to speak to a manager but was told no one was on site that i need to wait for regular days, once in the room it was not clean, dust everywhere. The Ac didnt have a vent on so it was exposed with lots or dirt and food crumbs visible, the bathroom has hair laying around and on the soap/shampoo dispenser which weren't even filled up, The TV didnt work i called to the front later that night and a different attendant did try to help even attempted to restart the cable box but it wouldn't work she did offer to move us rooms but at this point it was 1130pm very late and had a lot of luggage to move.... this is the worst experience ive ever had with a hotel! No one even wore mask i seen only the night staff with one not even customers were asked to put one on dispit the signs displayed on the front doors.

Dark room

The indoor pool and separate spa was nice. Our room was on the first floor facing the parking lot, so people checking in drove up to our window. That meant no privacy unless the blackout shade was pulled down causing the room to be very dark even during the day.

Too many issues to consider staying here again

COVID masks rules not enforced. Majority of guests and roughly half of staff not wearing masks. Staff seemed indifferent to the presence of guests at breakfast time in the lobby both mornings, instead preferring to have conversations with their co-workers. Room has been remodeled but still had a lot of maintenance issues, like cracked sink, toilet leaking from the flush handle, graffiti carved into the headboard. Also very noisy bathroom fan and ac/heat unit. Only one overhead light in the room, so it was quite dark. Bed comfort was good and shower quality was decent. Also improper snow removal on the entrance near our room. Snow had been allowed to accumulate, melt, and refreeze on the sidewalk leading to the entrance. Ten minutes with a snow shovel would have fixed this. Also the back stairs leading to our room had no carpet, just carpet glue and some loose moldings leading to more trip and fall hazards. Surprised they didn't close the stairwell or just finish the carpet install job. The $9 + tax fee per night when you pay when you checkin for booking on a 3rd party site was disclosed in advance, but is still a bit high for the services you get. The only thing it appears to pay for is maybe the eggs for breakfast. Overall an OK property with maintenance, safety, and staff service issues. Skip it. There are a lot of other options in this area.

Will definitely stay again

This place was a freaking STEAL!!! I’ve stayed at way more expensive hotels that were not this good. Staff was incredible and the room was perfect.
