Extended Stay America Milwaukee - Wauwatosa

Walls were dirty, paint was chipped, found toothpaste left in the bathtub, and nail polish scribbles on the drawers. They don’t have cable with their tv’s and give you a basic remote were you can’t even change the input.

Worst hotel stay I have ever had. After 3 nights the stink of the place was nauseating me. It is impossible to get basic things like a lotion or laundry soap for purchase... Or ice I wish I could demand a refund on the grounds that i hated my time there

I loved it i always stay here at any state i go too very nice and clean

The location was stated to be smoke free. I walked in the door and the smell of smoke was extreme. My room was the same regarding the smoke smell. I checked out of the room and into a new hotel.

Very very dirty

This was the most disgusting hotel me and my family have EVER stayed in. The room wasn’t even cleaned. Toe nails in the carpet, dirty sheets, toothpaste splatter in bathroom mirror, caked up sink nozzle in bathroom with who knows what, hair in the bathroom sink and all in the tub, soap scum that was fresh in shower, dirty table tops with hands prints and finger prints all over it, room smelled horrible. The garbage outside was overflowing to the pint that it was building up on the ground outside of can.

I want my money back this place isn’t clean. Dirty hallways. Room smells funny

Comfortable beds, hallways reeked of pot, very loud

Smoke alarm went off causing confusion There was trash from the previous customer left in bathroom

I did not like the water faucet falling off the tub when I attempted to turn the water on in 240. I was undressed and ready to shower and had to be moved to another room on the other end of the building. The receptionist was quick to accommodate my needs so customer service was excellent
