Very quiet due to Sars Cov 2.

Staff was great. Check in early everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay their again! .

The stay was great wasn't crowded and staff was friendly.

Very nice hotel

The problem I had with my stay was with booking on hotel.com. They separated my 2 nights into separate reservations, so the hotel checked me out after first night and was locked out of our room until they could figure it out. This hotel is our hotel of choice when visiting family and would recommend it. I however will book it the next time a different way.

Room was clean & comfortable. Check-in & check out service was excellent. Ran out of breakfast-to-go very early.

We really enjoyed our stay and the room was quiet and comfortable. Albeit may have been sanitized it could use with a more thorough cleaning. The front Desk staff was exceptional and Kyle is wonderful. I suggest you invest in some better fitting sheets for the king beds.

The room had crumbs on the table and the tub was very slippery.

I thought the hotel was clean and comfortable, and well-located. I had no issues whatsoever. The room was clean and appeared to be well-maintained, and the king bed was very comfortable. The room had both a refrigerator and a microwave, which is outstanding. My room rate was also very reasonable.

I paid a little more to stay at this hotel because it had an indoor pool and my son loves to swim. The website did not state the pool was not open, but as soon as we checked in they advised it was closed due to COVID 19. I understand, but wish they had put something on the website with this information. The hotel room doors made an awful noise when you opened and closed them (and they would stick) so every time a door was opened during the night, I was awake (even with a sound machine). The road noise was very noticeable, even from the 7th floor. The toilet in our room ran constantly through the night. The hotel is not bad, but a little pricey considering these things.
