Melia Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was not great but I think things where getting worse as the week went on because of the pandemic. Always an option for fresh omelette or fresh pasta was nice

The Melia was great! Montoya at the swim up bar was amazing. There were some issues with the safe in our room multiple times and Ivan did a good job to make up for it. The elevators had a terrible smell but overall it was a good experience and I will return.

Liked it was large and spread out. This resort exterior needs a serious makeover rooms are still in decent shape

The hotel and staff were were nice. The rooms are old and need to be updated.

Great beach. Liked that there wasnt any pushy timeshare people. Food at buffet was really mediocre.

We had a great experience, food and drinks were good, service was great. We were there seven nights and can't say a bad thing about it. Plenty of onsite activities. Location is great across the street from the marina that has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and cool Thursday market. Easy cab ride to downtown or the Maritime Port where many excursions leave from. Especially for the price this was a great place. We are planning to go back next year.

No complaints. The grounds were beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. And great food. I,d definately go back.
